Whenever people hear about training for bikini competitions, they think of super restricted diets and only a few foods that are “allowed”. I may sound like a broken record, but I’m SO glad I’m not one of those competitors. Screw that!
My entire prep so far (I’m 7.5 weeks out) I’ve had NO restrictions, and I can eat whatever I want. Of course a lot of it is real, whole foods, because that is what makes me FEEL my best. But it has also allowed me to eat whatever I’m craving. I’ve thoroughly enjoyed all of my food because lets be real, I love food, and I would not eat it if I didn’t enjoy it. Who’s with me?

Pancakes before bed. Always a good idea.

Avocado, veggies, and deli turkey in a wrap.
Protein ice cream shake. SO FREAKING GOOD. I swear, this is the BEST i’ve made. And this 1st phorm vanilla actually does taste like vanilla ice cream – I can eat the protein plain it’s that good hahaha. It literally tastes like ice cream. The secret ingredients are arctic zero and guar gum. DO IT. I posted the entire recipe on my instagram the other day.
Still love my bro foods. I’m addicted to brussels and green beans in coconut oil.
More squash, eggs, cheese (on everything), and toast with chunky guac. Oh yeah.
Looove siggi’s yogurt. It’s a bit pricey, and I usually just get a huge tub of Fage from costco, but these are great for a treat.
Spaghetti squash, broccoli, chicken, feta, guac all mixed together.

More guac on english muffins. I love muffins more than regular bread. So much fluffier.
I haven’t had oats in FOREVER. I ate them almost everyday for the past couple of years because I loved them so much, but I got so burnt out on them. They made a comeback today, and they did not disappoint!
