Hi friends!

I recorded a fitness tag video and I will include the questions down below in case anyone wants to join in on the fun and make a video or a blog post 😀 I had fun coming up with the questions and making the video, so let me know if you do it so I can get to know you!

    1. Well done Brittany ! Thank you for inspiring people with your blog and youtube channel to become a more healthier nation !
      As to questions , specially first one, personally I started my sports life at the age of 22, and I cant really imagine myself without fitness anymore. My body wasn’t in good shape, and i don’t want to come back to that ever.
      Workout ! Do sports, stay fit and watch your nutrition !
