Online Training – Programs and Pricing

I follow a flexible dieting approach with all of my clients which allows you to choose the diet that’s right for YOU – no restrictions!

HOW IT WORKS:

I will send you a client inquiry form so I can get to know you (height, weight, age), your goals, your background with training and nutrition, past dieting experience, any injuries I need to know of, how many days a week you can workout, etc.

One-on-one Coaching: Coaching is more than just training and nutrition. It is about the support, accountability, and relationship between the trainer and the client. Reaching your fitness goals is a huge mental game, and that’s why I want to help YOU with all of these aspects. The options below include all of this, and includes the weekly check-ins and availability to me at any time with any ongoing questions you may have. 

  • Customized Training & Customized Macros (includes cardio) 
  • 4 Weeks – $155 | 6 Weeks – $225 | 8 Weeks – $265 | 12 Weeks – $400
    • In addition to your personal macros and training program based on your goals, this includes a macro-guide, supplementation recommendations, sample grocery list, and weekly check-in’s with me so I can make adjustments if needed, as well as access to me at any time for any questions you may have. This also includes cardio recommendations.
  • Customized Macro & Cardio Only Coaching (no training program)
  • 4 Weeks – $115 | 6 Weeks – 150 | 8 Weeks – $210 | 12 Weeks – $310
    • I calculate your macros based on your goals, whether it is fat loss or reverse dieting. This also includes a macro-guide, supplementation recommendations, sample grocery list, and weekly check-in’s with me so I can make adjustments as well as access to me at any time for any questions you may have.

One-Time Packages: These options are for anyone who doesn’t want or need ongoing support and coaching with weekly check-in’s, access to me at any time, or accountability. This would be for the person who just needs a kick-start towards their fitness goals with new macros, new training program, etc. but doesn’t need the check-in accountability. 

  • Macro and Training Consultation – $85
    • I will calculate your initial macros based on your goals and explain how you can adjust them to keep making progress in the right direction (either with fat loss or reverse dieting). I will also send a training guide with reps, sets, rest times based on your goals with cardio recommendations. This also includes the how to macro-guide, sample grocery list, and supplement recommendations.
    • This does not include ongoing coaching/support and check-in’s, this is a one-time package. However, I will answer necessary questions you may have via email.
  • Training program – $45
    • Bored of your current routine and just need some new workouts? I will give you a training program based on your goals with cardio recommendations for either fat loss or building muscle. This will includes sets, reps, and rest time.
    • This does not include ongoing coaching/support and check-in’s, this is a one-time package. However, I will answer necessary questions you may have via email.
  •  Macro consult – $45
    • If you need help figuring out your macros based on your goals, I can help you figure out what your initial macros should be based on your current goals. It’s best to know how much you are eating currently before choosing this option so I can give the most accurate suggestion possible. If you are unsure, try to remember what you ate the day before and input it into my fitness pal to get an idea of your current caloric intake including your macros. I can then help you figure out where you need to go from there to start. I would be happy to adjust one time afterwards if you get stuck.
    • This does not include ongoing coaching/support and check-in’s, this is a one-time package. However, I will answer necessary questions you may have via email.
  • NO hours of cardio or fasted cardio
  • NO food restrictions
  • NO extremes
