Wednesday, we meet again! Another chance to take a peek at what I’ve been shoving into my big pie hole since last Wednesday. Mmm pie. Beware, I eat a lot of the same stuff because, well, I like it. And I do what I want. But I’m trying to get a bit more creative in my kitchen when I have time!
Super fast lunch before work.. japanese sweet potato (the absolute BEST), kabocha, broccoli, and deli turkey.
Oh man, this was absolutely amazing. I took a pita and baked/broiled it in the oven until it was a bit crispy. Then I added black beans, scrambled eggs with spinach, mushrooms, and zucchini, and topped with cheese. THAT CHEESE.
Drowning myself in coffee all day, errrrday.
Multi-grain wrap with laughing cow spicy cheese (delicious), veggies, and grilled chicken. Overflowing as usual, so I ended up folding it like a taco.
My thick protein ice cream shake in an almost empty peanut butter jar topped with cheerios. Best idea ever.
Super simple, but honestly one of my favorite meals. Butternut/kabocha squash, brussels in coconut oil, and a turkey burger.
Fluffy pumpkin protein pancakes topped with coconut butter. Match made in heaven.
Another one of my shakes topped with salty nuts. Mmmm.
Simple breakfast – plain fage greek yogurt, strawberries, frozen grapes, and cheerios. Yeah, I love cheerios haha.
