Healthy Snack Ideas

It seems as if everyone loves snacking. I'll be honest, I'm in the minority here because I am not a huge snacker. I typically prefer to follow intermittent fasting and eat bigger meals, less often. However, since getting pregnant, snacking definitely seems to be occurring more frequently since bigger meals don't sit too well in my stomach anymore. Many times I'll see "weight loss" articles and such giving advice that if you're trying to lose weight you should cut out the snacks. To be frank, this advice is trash. High Protein Peanut Butter Cookies

Everyone loves cookies, am I right? Right. If you try to argue with me on that one, at least everyone loves peanut butter. Whoever doesn't CANNOT BE TRUSTED. Just kidding. Sort of. So I was told I had a pinched nerve in my lower back the other day, since I've been dealing with some sciatica pain for a couple weeks. Little old me felt tightness in my hamstring for the longest time and I ignored it anyway, and even decided that doing legs 3x a week was a great idea. Brilliant, Brittany, brilliant. Gluten, Dairy, and Egg Free Pumpkin Protein Bars

Soooo, pretty sure I've covered all the bases of what these bars can be free of. Although they are free of some of the main allergens, they certainly aren't free of taste. That's all that matters, right? Yes. I make protein bars every week as part of my food prep, and I've always been interested to try one without eggs. Variety is the spice of life, but I was always too scared though because seriously, wtf do you use in place of eggs?
