First Half of Pregnancy Update

As of Monday October 9, 2017… I am 20 weeks pregnant! Which means I’m about halfway through my pregnancy. There are so many different ways to get active. You can run, lift weights, take exercise classes, do yoga, crossfit, bootcamp, do pilates, go swimming, rollerblading, biking, walking, and so much more.
