I haven’t done a full day of eating on the blog in a while, I usually save those for my youtube channel. However, I can give you guys a glimpse of what I’ve been eating these past couple of weeks!
Stir fry! Broccoli slaw, rice, black beans, zucchini, red pepper. Top it all with salsa, and bam!
Chocolate peanut butter protein “ice cream” topped with coconut chips and chocolate chips. Perfect craving killer for a bedtime snack.
Went out for sushi for the first time in a LONG time! Got my favorite “Rainbow Roll” which is basically a California Roll with Sashimi and avocado on top. So good.
Avocado toast with salt and pepper. So simple, yet so satisfying!
