I haven’t done a full day of eating on the blog in a while, I usually save those for my youtube channel. However, I can give you guys a glimpse of what I’ve been eating these past couple of weeks!

Stir fry! Broccoli slaw, rice, black beans, zucchini, red pepper. Top it all with salsa, and bam!




Chocolate peanut butter protein “ice cream” topped with coconut chips and chocolate chips. Perfect craving killer for a bedtime snack.



Went out for sushi for the first time in a LONG time! Got my favorite “Rainbow Roll” which is basically a California Roll with Sashimi and avocado on top. So good.


These cookies.




Avocado toast with salt and pepper. So simple, yet so satisfying!


What have you been loving lately?


    1. HA HA I have sushi like 3 times a week, NOT EVEN SORRY 😉 Wait, why would I be? It’s the bomb! And in fact, I totally wanna get more tonight – ha ha ha! Oh yes, I am already thinking about dinner and it’s only 7:45 am! 😉 Oh wait, that’s probably because my body is all kinds of F-ed up right now, it has NO CLUE what time it is, since I have been up since 1am! LOL! WOOF!

    1. Sushi will always always always be on my list! I have also been loving eggs, combat crunch bars, chocolate fudge brownies, grapes, and roasted eggplant. Weird, I know, but my taste buds thank me ;)!

    1. Gotta love sushi! <3 I'm so glad I've read this post because it gave me an idea about how to eat an avocado I have stored in the fridge hehe.

    1. The stir fry look SO good. I have a veg garden and right now I am up to my ears in both zucchini and yellow summer squash, peppers, tomatoes, and….Chili! Definitely going to try the stir fry idea with bean, I never think to add beans to anything other than soups or dips.
