I’ve been seriously slacking on my food prep. GASP, I know. It sucks when I do that, because then I’m scrounging around trying to find food fast because either I’m starving, or I’m running late. Then I have to come up with weird combinations of food. Or spoon peanut butter out of the jar.
This is why food prep is a life saver for me! Especially since I’ve started a new job, and will be starting another one next week. I’m blessed. More details on that later 😉
Protein pancakes! I haven’t made any in a whileeee, mostly because I’ve had no time and I’m lazy as shit. But, they were certainly delicious. I kind of throw random ingredients into a bowl and it works. Always a combo of coconut flour and oat or almond flour, applesauce, egg whites, cinnamon, and stevia.
Tilapia, shrimp,veggies. I actually like tilapia, and no, I don’t care if it’s not the best fish.
I’m literally obsessed with salmon lately. I crave it all the time. On a salad with some feta or goat cheese – perfecto.
Grilled chicken, japanese sweet potato (MY FAVORITE), and roasted brussels.
Veggie omelet topped with avocado with a side of red potatoes in coconut oil.
SUJAAAAA. I won a giveaway on Gina’s Blog and they sent me 18 juices, a shirt, and a workout headband! Obsessed. I’ll probably do a review on all of the juices? So many. So awesome.
Can you see a pattern in my meals? I like easy and tasty.
