HEALTHY HABITS That Will Change Your Life

Mental and physical health go hand in hand, so I wanted to share some healthy habits to adopt or actions to take to make this the best year yet.

This video I go into depth on each topic, but here are the ones I talk about.

  1. Make small lifestyle changes (they add up).
  2. Set goals and intentions for each day, week, month.
  3. Drink more water.
  4. Eat more fruits and veggies.
  5. Make exercise a habit.
  6. More self care (saying no, doing things you love).
  7. Remove toxic people from your life.
  8. Remove your own toxic traits (overthinking, etc.)
  9. Step outside your comfort zone.
  10. Never stop learning.
