My lovely friend Madelyn Moon who hosts her own podcast and writes her blog at Mind Body Musings, is having a Four Weeks to Body Freedom course and of course I wanted to share it with you all. This program is designed to help those that suffer from disordered eating, negative body image, obsessive dieting, exercise addiction and a constant state of mind that involves comparing their body to others.

  3. What a great idea!! I hate seeing all these fad diets…especially around the New Year! None of them are sustainable and most aren’t even healthy!! Balance and moderation is key!
