Hi loves! Since I'm trying to get back to blogging regularly after a long hiatus, I thought it would be fun to dive a little more into who I am as a person. Especially since times have changed a LOT since I was blogging regularly - I have grown and evolved as a person, and life has changed drastically. Body Image Struggles During Pregnancy

Yesterday, I realized I was 16 weeks pregnant. Yesterday marked the beginning of month five of this pregnancy, which is just C R A Z Y to me. I can still feel the tightness in my chest, the dizziness, the nervousness, the pressure in my cheeks because they hurt from smiling so hard, and the extreme excitement/hyperventilation when I saw those positive pregnancy tests on June 24, 2017. I’M PREGNANT!

If not, I'm sure you can guess from the title :) Yes, I am in fact pregnant with my first child and I couldn't be more excited!!!!! Those of you who really know me or have been keeping up with my journey for a while, know that I always say that my purpose in life is to become a mama. After going through amenorrhea, losing my period, and just tons of ups and downs in my health and fitness journey, I am beyond blessed that I have the opportunity to create life and bring a child into this world. When and Why to Forget About “Balance”

Balance. I feel like this is a word thrown around a lot lately, and everyone is talking about it - either finding balance, having balance, what is balance even, etc. Lets start with what is balance? Well, I'm sure it will mean something different to everyone, very much like the word "healthy" is different to everyone. Lets start with a fitness example, of course. LA Fit Expo Experience

Wow. So usually on this blog I've been keeping it less and less like a day-in-the life type of blog and more of a topic/informative post type of blog. However, this was something I just had to share and document with you all. I decided very last minute to go to the LA Fit Expo, even though it was a super short trip. How To Figure Out Your Path in Life

Instead of New Years Resolutions, Focus on This

I never make "New Year's Resolutions". I have nothing against them, but let's be real, I completely forget about them in a couple of weeks. Yup, guilty. Resolutions can also mean "fixing a problem". Sure, we all got through shit in life. However, I don't things should necessarily be seen as problems that need fixing. Vlogmas 2015 + Life Update

Hi Friends! I haven't had time to devote to writing up blog posts lately, mostly because I've been traveling across the country to my new home in Colorado! After over 2,000 miles of driving, 5 days, and 7 states later, I made it all the way from South Florida. It has been quite the adventure, with tons of crazy stuff that has happened along the way. Despite all of that, I'm so stoked for this next chapter in my life! I can't wait to see what Colorado has in store for me. But seriously, these mountains though.....
