12 Weeks Out

I’m officially 12-weeks out as of Saturday, and a new wave of motivation has come over me. I am so excited to get back on stage, and I literally don’t even feel like I’m prepping at all because of flexible dieting. Doing only 2 HIIT sessions a week (10 sprints), training/lifting 5 days a week, and carb cycling. Personally, I love carb cycling, and high carb days = life HAHA.

      ive got 3 low card
      2 medium carb
      1 high carb and one day where i dont track 🙂
      I researched it and thats what i came up with 🙂 Does it sound about right?Of course I know everybody is different 😉

      1. everyone does it differently. I personally do 5 low carb days and 2 high carb
